Suborna Khatun

Suborna Khatun serves as Manager of the Kekuleon Research and Training Center (KRTC), providing operational oversight and cross-departmental coordination across the centre's integrated institutional framework. She has been associated with KRTC since its foundation period — initially serving as Temporary Director of KRTC Schooling, where she contributed to the institution's earliest operational structure during its first six months of establishment.

Her work reflects a strong foundation in organizational development, institutional communication, and programme implementation — competencies shaped through direct involvement in the centre's formation phase. In her current role as Manager, she coordinates administrative workflows, supports departmental alignment, and contributes to the day-to-day operational translation of KRTC's decentralised and integrated institutional model across schooling, applied-science, and research-oriented activities.

Her professional orientation combines developmental thinking with practical organizational execution. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Islamic History and Culture, complemented by applied technical and language competencies including a National Skill Standard certification in Database Programming from the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start Deutsch 1) from the Goethe-Institut, and recognition from the British Council's Active Citizens Youth Leadership Training — strengthening her profile in cross-cultural engagement and community-oriented institutional leadership.
