Biography

Md. Mahmudul Hasan Abir Mia serves as the Zone Advisor for KRTC's North Zone (Rajshahi & Rangpur Divisions) under the University Coordinator & Student Ambassador Program. A Public Administration graduate from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, he is an active youth leader working at the intersection of education, culture, and community development. He is the Founder & President of "Tonger Gaan," a youth initiative that uses music and research to advocate for peace, safe internet, education, climate action, and social cohesion.

Recognized as a National Winner of the UNDP Digital Khicuri Challenge 2022 and recipient of the Banglar Cokh Award 2023 for Art & Culture, he brings deep experience in project coordination, partnership-building, and community mobilization. As Zone Advisor, he guides University Coordinators across Rajshahi and Rangpur universities, ensuring regional coherence and institutional alignment with KRTC's applied-science training, research, and community mission.
